Shipping Policy
Our aim is to offer you the best shipping services and options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the globe everyday, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturers process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items shipping to US, UK & EU usually take between 5-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. For rest of the world, please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive due to high demand. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at support@pickitsyours.com to review the status of your order. Express shipping orders are fulfilled by UPS, DHL, FedEx. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
